1. Am I getting a real jersey?

No.

A Pikked personalised print is an A2 printed poster, featuring an image of a team jersey surrounded by players from the team.

2. Is there any guarantee of quality?

Yes.

Each item in the Pikked range is backed by our Quality Guarantee. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we will either replace the item free of charge, or, give you a full *refund of the purchase price. As these items are 'Personalised' please take care to ensure that the information that you type into each field is correct. As this is an automated system we cannot be held responsible for your misspelling of any names, nicknames, titles, or subtitles which you have personally typed into the system.

* Your refund will exclude the cost of freight unless agreed to in writing with one of our customer services representatives.

3. How safe are my credit card details?

The Pikked website uses a technology called SSL - Secure Sockets Layer. This means at the checkout, their servers and your PC encrypt (scramble) everything that you enter into your computer, such as credit card details, billing and delivery address. Because it is encrypted, other computers are unable to make sense of it therefore keeping this information private.

4. How do I order online?

Pikked’s secure online ordering system is both convenient and safe to use.

ADDING PRODUCTS TO SHOPPING BASKET

To purchase any product, click the 'Add to Shopping Cart' button next to the desired item and it will be added to your shopping cart. The items you have chosen to order will display in your Shopping Basket which can be seen when the 'View Basket' button is clicked.

CHECKOUT

Step One:

View the products in your Shopping Basket. You can delete items from the Shopping Cart if you wish, or change quantities.

Step Two:

When you have finished shopping, click the 'Checkout' link and proceed to Insignia's secure ordering pages.

Fill in all mandatory details and click on the 'Continue' button. (Note: If you miss a required field it will tell you)

Step Three:

Once you have reviewed the details of your order proceed to the Payment Instructions.

Step Four:

The credit card details you enter for your purchases will be securely submitted. You will receive an order confirmation with an electronic receipt which contains your order number.

5. What is your Privacy Policy?

Pikked is committed to respecting and protecting your privacy, and therefore do not sell, rent, or lend any of your personal information to any third party. The information collected about you is used to process your orders and to provide a personalised shopping environment.

Fill out the Product Notification form on the home page if you wish to be kept up-to-date with the latest Insignia memorabilia items. If you wish to be removed from the mailing list please send an email to info@Pikked.com. with the words REMOVE in the Subject line.

6. How can I check my orders? Can I track the package?

To check your order email sales@pikked.com with the following information:

*The order number that you received when you filled in the order form,

*Your contact details (name, phone number and country).

A Customer Service Representative will check the status of your order and contact you with the relevant information.

7. How do I return items purchased from Pikked?

If your item is damaged or faulty in any way, please contact one of our Customer Service Representatives and they will arrange everything for you.

Please be sure to pack your items to be returned with the same care with which they were originally prepared, i.e., with the same packaging, the same packing materials, and with all relevant documentation including the certificate of authenticity (if applicable). If the item that you are returning is fragile, take special care to protect the product from possible damage during shipping.

Pikked will repair or replace your item at its own discretion. See Quality Guarantee section above.

Please do not attempt to return items without first speaking with a Customer Service Representative. There will be a delay in refunding your money if this procedure is not followed.
